Cell culture – Lymphocyte and APC purification from blood, spleen, thymus, peritoneal cavity and lymph nodes

 

In vivo experiments work with laboratory animals (mice, rats); induction of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis and adjuvant arthritis; induction of paw/peritoneum inflammation; organ harvesting and blood collection by cardial punction, injections (SC, IP, IM)

 

In vitro immunological assays; ELISA; Flow cytometry analysis; SDS PAGE; Western blot; MACS separation; Immmunocytochemistry; Confocal microscopy;
