Mila A. Pavlović is a full profesor at the Faculty of Geography, University of Belgrade, Department for Regional Geography. Her research fields include regional geography, regional development and revival of rural areas. She is an author of seven university textbooks as well as author or co-author of seven scientific monographs. In her scientific work so far, Prof. Mila Pavlović has participated in several research projects funded by the Ministry of education and science. Prof. Mila Pavlović lead three national science projects: Anthropogeographical study in the region of Raška (2000 – 2005), Natural, demographic and economic potential for the revitalisation of villages in Serbia (2005-2010) and Development programmes for the revitalisation of villages in Serbia (2011 –) funded by the Ministry of Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia. She has published 15 papers in international scientific journals, as well as numerous scientific papers in domestic science journals and international scientific conferences.
