The international summer school, "School on Information, Noise, and Physics of Life'' (https://indico.ictp.it/event/9826/), which was organized in  collaboration between ICTP (Trieste, Italy), MISANU (Belgrade, Serbia) and PMF (Niš, Serbia), from September 19 to September 30 in Niš (Serbia) achieved a great success. Apart from the high-quality knowledge exchange, one of the greatest achievements of this school could be seen in efficient networking between participants and the local community.
